Abstract Submission
Abstract submissions are particularly encouraged from students, PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career investigators. Submitted abstracts will be considered for poster presentation and talk.
Presentation Submission
Speakers are kindly requested to provide their presentation on a USB flash drive to the Session Chair before the beginning of their session. Abstract not selected for talks may be offered a poster presentation.
Presentation Format
Keynote lectures: 40-minute + 10 minutes Q&A
Invited lectures: 20-minute + 10 minutes Q&A
Technology spotlights: 15-minute + 5 minutes Q&A
Contributed talks: 10-minute + 5 minutes Q&A
Poster Exhibition
Poster boards will be available from day 1. Presenters will be encouraged to display their posters as soon as they arrive. Posters will remain on throughout both days. The official Poster & Networking Sessions will take place during lunch, when presenters will be encouraged to remain at their posters. Approximately 20–30 posters will be selected.
